Payment, Production & Delivery for CARD CASES
Check the destination and currency before payment. Production time, courier transit and the way delivery is paid are separate parts of the order.
How delivery is charged

Production comes before courier transit
Production and dispatch take 7–14 working days from payment confirmation. This does not include transport time. When planning a gift, allow for both stages and check the selected design’s availability before paying.
Choose the payment route shown at checkout
Stripe card payments use the currency for the selected destination. Keep the order reference and payment confirmation. The HKD QR-payment page is for Hong Kong and Macau display-frame orders; it is separate from physical-card-draw top-ups.
For an eligible QR payment, send the receipt with your order reference through WhatsApp or email for manual checking. Do not submit a second payment just because confirmation is pending.
A short pre-payment checklist
- Country, currency and complete delivery address are correct.
- The frame artwork and Raw, PSA or CGC option match your card.
- The total reflects prepaid, collect or shipping-inclusive delivery as selected.
- You have allowed for production as well as courier transit.
