Ask which fixings are required, whether they are included and whether they suit your wall. Installation and load-bearing capacity have not been promised for every surface. Obtain appropriate installation advice if uncertain.

Match the holder as well as the artwork

Wall display describes the layout, not a universal internal slot. Confirm the exact card, raw or graded holder, frame dimensions and supplied components. Avoid direct sunlight and positions vulnerable to pulling or impact.

Match the actual card edition

Compare the set, full card number and artwork with the product gallery. A photograph showing one holder or display style is not proof of fit for another version. Send your product code and holder photos to our team before purchasing.

Ordering and aftercare

Made to order: production and dispatch take 7–14 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery time is not included. Hong Kong and Macau use SF Express freight collect. Select your delivery country for local-currency, shipping-inclusive prices. Apply within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused with complete packaging. Customers pay return and replacement shipping. Existing-design preorders remain eligible; individually personalised non-defect orders are excluded.

Measure the arrangement before mounting

For a wall display, start with the area available and whether you want one focal point or several frames. Check the complete external dimensions and the spacing needed to insert or remove cards without disturbing neighbouring frames.

What to resolve before choosing a design

Ask about the actual mounting method, supplied fixings and wall suitability. A wall-frame label does not establish the load capacity of your surface. Keep the installation clear of direct sunlight, damp areas and places vulnerable to accidental impact.
